You may have seen these funny looking tools on your favorite blogger’s page. While we can’t speak to the cosmetic benefits of a Gua Sha facial or massage, we can attest that using them to relieve sinus pain often works! Simply move the jade tool, starting in the middle of your forehead and scraping out towards your temple and down, repeatedly. Then, do the same on the other side of your forehead. A classic favorite! We recommend rolling a towel at the foot of your bathroom door to create a steam room. You can also try incorporating eucalyptus into your shower routine to open up those sinuses. Oh—and adding the Gua Sha technique mentioned above would be another way to make this the sinus-blasting shower of your dreams.
